All Sales Are Final
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any of our products, including our viral Dubai Bars.

Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or experience a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work to address any issues promptly.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders for the same week are final; no changes or refunds can be made.
• For other orders, you have until the end of the next business day to cancel. After this period, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
• Changes to orders can only be made by phone or in person.

Once an order is picked up or accepted by you or a representative, it is considered final. The Cake Boutique is not responsible for any damages that occur during transportation or at your event.
