1. What are your business hours?
We are open:
- Tuesday/Wednesday: 10 AM - 3 PM
- Thursday/Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM

Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM (Closing early if we sell out.)
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
2. When can I pick up my order?
Local pick-up is available:
- Tuesday: 12 PM - 2 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Thursday/Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM

3. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within the first 24 hours of placing your order, except for same-week orders, which are final.
5. What is your refund policy?
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
