It is the customer's responsibility to leave the best form of contact when placing their order or requesting a quote. If we are unable to reach you to no avail, we will have to make the best decision regarding your order on your behalf. We reserve the right to make any substitutions within your order if we are unable to get in touch. 


In light of COVID-19 we are ensuring that the bakery is cleaned & sanitized to the highest standards. In addition to our standard hand washing, glove and hair net precautions, we are also wearing masks while preparing your treats. We are now offering pick-up through our Curbside Pick-Up Window for your safety, health & convenience. Our hours may differ than those listed on the website, so please ensure that you call before heading over to the shop.

While we do offer Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Nut-Free options, it is important to note these ingredients are present in the facility. It is up to the customer to determine if the products are safe to consume depending on their personal needs. The Cake Boutique is not responsible for any allergic reaction to ingredients that are present in the facility.


The Cake Boutique cupcakes are shipped out fresh Tuesday through Friday using our patented shipping method. Our packaging is designed to ensure, as much as commercially reasonable, that cupcakes arrive to their destination looking as they are presented in our storefront. We have partnered with the USPS for all shipping needs. We are currently offering shipping to the lower 48 states ONLY. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APOS addresses. It is your responsibility to be aware of and note any specific delivery instructions at the delivery location. The cost and arrival date of your cupcakes are based exclusively on the USPS shipping and delivery guidelines. The delivery time frame & costs presented to you will depend upon the following factors:

1) Date order is placed
2) Date shipped
3) Destination 

The Cake Boutique can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the day shown on your order confirmation. The Cake Boutique does NOT guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather, or destination and/or unforeseen issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and the USPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, The Cake Boutique shall NOT refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays and/or incorrect deliveries. If requested, The Cake Boutique can provide you with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not require a signature upon delivery. 

Heat Warning  

Please be advised when shipping during warmer weather or to warmer regions, The Cake Boutique is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to heat and other natural occurrences while in transit. 

Cancellation Policy

All week of orders are final - no changes or refunds can be made. You have until the end of the next business day to cancel any order (excluding week of orders). Any deposits or refunds after that 24-hour period are store credit ONLY. Changes to orders can only be made by phone or in person. 

When an order is examined & picked up, by you or your representative, the order is considered accepted. The Cake Boutique is not obligated to make any changes to the order once it has left the premises. The Cake Boutique is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the order during transportation or at the event.
